The Club at Savannah Quarters® in Pooler, Georgia, wants to share in your wedding celebration. Wedding ceremonies and receptions at Savannah Quarters® exude all of the southern charm and grace you’d expect, along with a good dose of elegance thrown in for good measure. The all-inclusive packages and service you’ll enjoy at Savannah Quarters® will allow you to relax and enjoy your once-in-a-lifetime event.

The Norman Grille

With a permanent bar and distinguished decor, the Norman Grille is an ideal event space for a smaller affair. This area will accommodate between 30 and 50 guests with a dance floor, 160 guests for a cocktail reception and 70 for a seated banquet.

Westbrook Dining Room and Quarters Lounge

Larger and a little more polished, these areas can be used independently or together for your event. Together, the two spaces will accommodate between 75 and 150 guests with a dance floor. The dining room alone will accommodate 180 guests for a cocktail reception, 120 for a seated dinner and 100 with a dance floor. The Quarters Lounge will accommodate 100 for a cocktail reception and 50 for a seated dinner.

Savannah Quarters® Club House

This prestigious event space has capacious space to accommodate a large gathering. Up to 300 guests will fit comfortably into the club house for a reception with dancing.

Terrace Green

The private events lawn for the Savannah Quarters® Country Club, the Terrace Green is both grand and inviting. This space will accommodate over 400 guests for a cocktail reception and a seated dinner. The venue recommends tenting events in this space. This posh space is nothing short of extraordinary and it will accommodate 400 guests for a cocktail reception or a seated banquet. You can also fit 100 guests into a top deck area. The staff recommends that you add an event tent to this space.

What You Should Know

The event staff at The Club at Savannah Quarters® is eager to assist you with your wedding plans and preparations. With a stylish and chic approach to weddings, you can anticipate a tasteful celebration.

If you schedule an outdoor ceremony between November 2 and March 8, your ceremony can be held up until 4:00 p.m. Between March 8 and September 30, your ceremony can occur any time until 6:30 p.m. Between October 1 and November 1, ceremonies can occur until 5:30 p.m.

The team has created all-inclusive wedding packages to streamline the process for couples. Every wedding package includes all house chairs, tables, tableware, table linens and skirting for the reception tables. You also receive full set up and breakdown of all club furniture for your events. The team also custom creates your menus and performs cake cutting and service at the reception.

The venue provides in-house catering for your ceremony. The culinary team will consult with you to help you choose and plan your reception meal.
