Savannah Quarters® Wins Multiple Awards at the 16th Annual Summit Awards

Savannah, GA (August 2, 2020) – Savannah Quarters Realty, the sales team for the master-planned community in Pooler, GA, has won multiple awards at the 16th Annual Summit Awards, hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah.
The Summit Awards honor professionals that work in the real estate and home building industries. Nominees are judged on their quality of work, sales performance, creativity and impact on the Greater Savannah area’s home market.
The first award went to the team for Best Sales Center. The Savannah Quarters Realty team had recently moved into a new Sales and Information Center located at 100 Blue Moon Crossing #114, in Pooler. The facility features a modern, country chic aesthetic with its exposed brick and Lowcountry feel. It has become a meeting spot for the team as well as outside real estate agents to meet with clients about opportunities in Savannah Quarters.
The Best Promotional Event was awarded to Savor the Flavor at Savannah Quarters. This event was the newest in the 2019 Savannah Food & Wine Festival. Guests toured model homes while enjoying specially created food and drink items provided by local restaurants and vendors. The executive chef at The Club at Savannah Quarters provided special dishes and samplings at the community’s clubhouse.

Individual team members and Realtors from Savannah Quarters also won several awards. Ashley Jacobsen won the Marketing Director of the Year award. Broker-in-Charge and Sales Executive Janice Hoffman won the esteemed General Brokerage Platinum Agent of the Year and a top sales award. Tracy Quarterman, Matthew DeVita and Sam Florance were also acknowledged in top sales categories. Jennifer Johnson, the newest member of the Savannah Quarters Realty team won On-Site Gold Agent of the Year and a top sales award.
