Savannah Quarters® Amenities Receive Multiple Honors
Savannah Quarters® has recently received many accolades, so we decided to take a closer look and see why so many people are excited about our community.
Being voted Best New Home Community of 2018 by Connect Savannah is a great honor. Our residents enjoy a wonderful array of amenities. From the pool to the fitness center to the golf course, there’s always something fun to do. Better still, there’s a real sense of community. People have created a welcoming and tight-knit neighborhood here at Savannah Quarters®.
We were also awarded Community of the Year by the Home Builders Association of Greater Savannah. The Association knows that our residents can create a dream home to truly fit their lifestyle. And they have choices, from homesites with beautiful lagoon views, to properties overlooking the golf course.
Let’s not forget that we were named Best Community Pool by Ideal Living in both 2016 and 2017. Resident Amber Corry sums it up this way: “The pool is beautiful and so relaxing to spend time at; it is always clean with fresh towels and it is just a nice experience each time!”

Friendly towel service and a delicious assortment of food and beverages at the poolside bar make every visit a luxurious experience.
Are you a golfer? Members can take advantage of our recently renovated Greg Norman Signature Golf Course. A finalist for Best of the Best Golf Course, the private 18-hole course provides fun yet challenging play. All of the 7,066 picturesque yards we have through lagoons, natural areas, and groves of towering cypress and live oaks. On the signature 15th hole, golfers hit to a unique island green overlooking a peaceful lagoon. For those who want to improve their game, the wonderful and knowledgeable staff at our Golf Learning Center is the best in Savannah. Members can also participate in competitive leagues for men, women, and children. It’s a great way for golfers at any level to socialize and to show off their skills. Amber’s husband Bill says, “I was impressed with how I was warmly welcomed by several groups of golfers.”
If you like to work out, but you’re not into golf, no worries. Savannah Quarters® was also recognized as Best Wellness Environment by Ideal Living in 2017 and 2018. Residents enjoy our 4,000-square-foot temple to fitness, with a variety of offerings including yoga, aerobics, and spin classes to promote healthy living. Personal trainers will help you set and meet fitness goals, and keep you motivated. Residents love the state-of-the-art equipment, as well as the luxury of having numerous machines so there’s no waiting to get in your workout.
