January 2019 Real Estate Report

What a time to be a resident of Savannah Quarters^®! We had an amazing 2018, most notably from a real estate standpoint. Let’s take a look at how our community has grown during the past twelve months.

We’ve had an extremely positive year from a sales and value perspective. I’m excited to share with you that we experienced an 11% increase in sales and a 15% increase in values from 2017 to 2018. With continued year-after-year growth, it’s easy to see that Savannah Quarters^® is quickly becoming a destination community, and I am so proud to be part of making this vision come true.

I would like to sincerely thank all the people whose hard work made last year a huge success, especially all members and residents who contributed to making the Grand Opening of The Reserve & Design Home Showcase an even bigger turnout than expected. After two years of hard work, we are seeing our vision come to reality more than ever before – not only are there gorgeous homes available in Savannah Quarters^®, but our versatile home selection provides something for everyone. We now have 9 fully-furnished model homes that residents and members can choose from that best match their lifestyle. We’ve noticed an increase in residents showcasing all that Savannah Quarters^® has to offer to their parents, other family members, or friends so they can experience Lowcountry living at its finest as well. If you know someone who would love it here, be sure to bring them by the Sales & Information Center!

While 2018 was a great year for growth, we’re just getting started. With new construction well underway and homes selling quickly, we are projecting 2019 to be active as well, which will only continue to increase the value of current home and land.
