Built by second generation hospitality company, HOS Management, the Commons in The Village at Savannah Quarters^® will have twenty-one 1,500 square foot units that can be combined and customized to meet potential tenant’s needs. Construction on the 32,000 square foot retail shopping complex located near I-16 and Pooler Parkway is expected to begin within 90 days with occupancy slated for the 1st quarter of 2018. Anchored by Publix, The Village at Savannah Quarters^® will serve as a neighborhood shopping area for the surrounding Savannah Quarters^® community with nearly 1,200 residents living within walking distance. It will also become a prime shopping location for southern Pooler and nearby Chatham County communities like Southbridge, Berwick and along Pine Barren and Quacco Roads.
